Frogs Hollow Backpacker HOSTEL POLICY: It is the request of management that:
1)Guests are required to show a valid photo identification upon check in. Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially after 10pm
2)No Smoking in any Rooms and Toilets. All rooms are fitted with smoke detectors. Any breach of policy will result in $100-$800 charge to have repaired and may results in eviction and loss of monies already paid. The consumption of alcohol is ONLY permitted in the common area. Please be aware that Alcohol cannot be consumed in the front of property. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED.
3)Zero Tolerance:Please be aware that it is the policy of Frogs Hollow BACKPACKERS to have zero tolerance to UNREGISTERED Guests on site, guest holding PARTIES in guest’s room, any guest causing Unrest towards other guests and any Aggressive or RUDE behaviour towards other guests or towards staff. Any breach of this policy will result in eviction and loss of security bond and monies paid.
4)Illegal activities such as drugs, soliciting Act are not permitted to be conducted in and around the complex. Frogs Hollow has the right to prosecute the person(s) involved such activities.
5)Damage to any part of the property including rooms, by yourself as a guest or as an unregistered guest visiting you, will result in all costs associated, to be charged to the credit card provided as security. Invoices and receipts for charges will be forwarded to the email address provided.
6)Our CHECK OUT time is 10am and after that a surcharge of $20 applies strictly. Late check out availability at cost.
7)A SECURITY BOND of $______will be implemented if the police or Night Staff be required to attend the scene and will be automatically forfeited should occur again: or any of the above occurs:The Room Key Card is kept by guest at all times. Any damage and loss will be subject to a $10 cost.
8)Guest must take care their own belonging. Frogs Hollow will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurred.
9)Car Park gate closed at 8.15PM every Night. A gate entry remote may be available on request and a refundable deposit paid.No Entry to Pool between 9pm and 7am.
By signing that I Agree to abide by the terms and condition listed above and I am aware that any noncompliance may result in my eviction and the loss of monies paid.

Payment Policy

Payments are to be in advance at the time of check in. Cash. credit cards are acceptable . Weekly specials where you receive a discount are NON REFUNDABLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Cancellation Policy

Outside of 72 hours no penalty.
72 to 48 hours we will forfeit the first nights room fee.

48 hours prior to check in the full fee will be charged
