If there is an outstanding amount on this invoice, please pay the amount within 14 days from the invoice date via bank transfer to the following
bank account: BSB: 014202 Acc No. 226388941 ANZ Bank. Other payment methods accepted: Cash, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date then the cancellation fee must be paid by the customer. The cancellation fee also applies if the customer does not show up on the arrival date. The cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount of invoice for accomdation.
