Property Information
Glencoe Country Bed & Breakfast
Glencoe is situated on 24 acres with views of Mount Roland. The house was built in the early 1900's. There are 4 bedrooms with a French influence. Glencoe is pet friendly: there are 2 horse paddocks, a fenced area for your dog/s. We offer a full cooked breakfast each morning. Glencoe is only 20 to 30 mins from Devonport, the home of the Spirit of Tasmania, and Devonport Airport. Launceston Airport is just over an hour away. All rooms have Queen size beds, en-suites, heaters, electric blankets and a mini bar, stocked with local beer, wine and soft drinks. We can provide a fold away bed for that extra person, both our living room and dining rooms have wood combustion fires for those cool days and nights.

This was the main bed room of the farmhouse. It has a bay window seat with comfy cushions, overlooks the front garden. The room is bright and airy catching the morning sun, with a side window view of Mt Roland. This room also has a beautiful antique wardrobe.

This is our smallest room. Very comfortable with room for a chair, a built-in wardrobe and luggage rack. It has a view of Mt Roland and overlooks the pond and rose garden, which are currently under renovation. A very cosy room in winter.

The other original large bedroom, it has a view over the front garden and the 100 year old pepper tree through the side window. There is a build in wardrobe and this room is large enough to accommodate a single pull out bed for that extra person /child or a cot.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the facilities and services provided by Glencoe Country Bed and Breakfast by its customers and guests.
The Customer’s rights as a consumer under consumer protection legislation from time to time in force shall not be affected by these Terms and Conditions.
• Glencoe Country Bed and Breakfast may, from time to time, change these Terms and Conditions without notice, however it will use its reasonable endeavours to inform Customers as soon as is reasonably possible of any such changes.
• Customers shall pay all sums due upon checking-out from Glencoe Country Bed and Breakfast. Payment shall be against an invoice and must be made immediately, subject to any alternative agreement between Glencoe Country Bed and Breakfast and the Customer.
Hotel Rules
• Animals are allowed and it is the guests responsibility to clean up after their pet and have dogs on a leash when in public areas of the Glencoe Country Bed
and Breakfast.
• Children are to be supervised at all times
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor or public areas of the Glencoe Country Bed and Breakfast.
• Smoking is not permitted in any rooms.
Please be aware that our fences are electrified, please do not touch the fences.
Property damage & behaviour standards
• Although Glencoe Country Bed and Breakfast does not require a security deposit, should any damage beyond fair wear and tear be caused to the property, or should it be necessary to conduct additional cleaning at the end of your stay, the cost will be charged to you
• Should any behaviour during your stay at Glencoe Country Bed and Breakfast become unacceptable to us, we reserve the right without prior notice to terminate your stay and to require you to leave the premises forthwith.
Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in time at Glencoe Country Bed and Breakfast is between 3pm and 8pm. Check-in before 10am is permitted depending on room availability.
• Check-out time at Glencoe Country Bed and Breakfast is 10am. Later check-out times may be possible by prior arrangement, however in the absence of such prior arrangement, failure to check-out by 10am may result in the Customer being charged for an additional late checkout fee of $45.
Payment Policy
Credit Card details are required to make a booking. In the case of a 'no show' full charges will apply and your credit card will be charged for the full amount. Last minute bookings made within 5 days of arrival date will be charged in full at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 5 days notice, prior to your arrival date, is required for cancellation or changes to your booking and in the case of cancellation your deposit will be fully refunded.
If less than 5 days notice is given then deposit may not be refundable. If less than than 48 hrs notice is given then deposit will not refunded and full price will be charged.
Last minute bookings made within 48 hrs of arrival are not refundable.
