Advance stay bookings-Payment of 50% of total booking as confirmation to stay, balance 1 week before arrival.
Bookings within 1 month of arrival date, then 100% payment.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 1 month out before arrival date a full refund will be given.
50% refund given for those cancellations made within 1 month of the booking.
Same day cancellations and no refund given.
