Full payment is required 14 days before your scheduled stay. If full payment has not been recieved by this date your card will be charged for the full amount stated on the booking.
Please note: We apply a surcharge to payments made using a credit card, which is in line with our cost of acceptance. We do not surcharge debit cards. Thank You.
You are required to present this booking confirmation, credit card and some form of identification (e.g. passport, driver's licence) at the time of check-in. Failure to provide these will result in the cancellation of your booking and cancellation policy being invoked.
Cancellation Policy
You can change or cancel your booking up to 14 days before your scheduled stay with no penalty. Cancelling your booking after 14 days incurs a 100% cancellation fee on the whole booking. There is no refund on a partial cancellation once you have commenced your stay.
