Terms & Conditions
* Check-in from 2:00pm on the day of arrival.
* Check out time by 10.00am on the morning of departure Late check out will be charged at $40.00 per hour or part thereof at the discretion of management.
* The accommodation is strictly for the number of guests as per the booking details. Extra bed charge for extra beds used.
* As courtesy to our guests, Glow Worm Motel operates a strict NO SMOKING policy in all rooms. A charge of one night's accommodation will be applied in the event of the room smelling of smoke upon checkout.
* We recognise that accidents can occur, however any willful or reckless loss or damage caused during a stay may be charged to the guest’s credit card in consideration for the services and accommodation provided.
* As a courtesy to other guests, please refrain from cooking food that may have strong or lingering odours. Management reserves the right to recharge for additional costs incurred in ridding rooms of odours caused by guests cooking such food.
* A charge may also apply for excessive cleaning if the unit is not left in a reasonable state.

Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled earlier than 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival a full refund will be paid if booking has been pre-paid.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the cost of the booking.
"No Shows" will incur the full cost of the booking.
