Terms & Conditions
Loss or Damage. Golden Ponds accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables in accommodation, sites, or vehicles.
Guest numbers. If the number of guest’s adults, children or infants exceeds the number registered to stay or number of beds supplied in accommodation you may be asked to leave the premises without refund.
Payment. I agree that I am personally liable for the payment of the total account and of any damages or additional cleaning costs (fair wear & tear accepted) to the accommodation by either myself or by any other person using the accommodation with my expressed or implied consent. Should my accommodation be left smelling of cigarette smoke, I am aware 1 nights accommodation will be charged.
No Refund Policy. I am aware Golden Ponds has a no refund policy whether I chose to terminate my stay or my stay is terminated as a result of breaching the rules. I also agree that I am responsible for, and signing on behalf of, all persons in accommodation or sites.
Park Rules. I acknowledge I have read and understood a copy of Golden Ponds Park Rules & understand that Golden Ponds Management reserves the right to terminate occupancy following any breach of park rules.
Pets. I am aware that there is a no pets allowed in accommodation policy. Should I be found concealing a pet I am aware that my accommodation contract will be terminated. This means loss or rent already paid and no refund of bond.
Payment Policy
Golden Ponds operates on Pay on Arrival Policy.
Whereas Payment can be made upon arrival but It should be one week in front at all times.

**Please Keep in mind when booking accommodation, an Australian Mobile contact Number must be used (Friend or Family is ok), No Land Line/Eastern States or Over Seas Numbers Please.
**No After Hour Arrivals, Unless Alternative arrangements by phone have been made for keys and gate remote to be left in a drop box at the front gate.
