Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation at Gracehill Accommodation you hereby agree to abide by all terms and conditions:
DAMAGE/ACCIDENTS TO PROPERTY - ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED PRIOR TO CHECK-OUT
FAILING TO DO SO WILL INCUR IMMEDIATE CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
Any property damage that has occurred during your stay you will be responsible and liable for the cost of damage.
All bookings made by Bridal parties must contact Gracehill Accommodation before your booking is confirmed.
Guests who are booked to stay at Gracehill Accommodation are not to invite extra guests unless it has been previously agreed to.
Extra cleaning charges @ $35.00 per hour will be charged to your account for your stay at Gracehill Accommodation if it is not left in a similar condition to how it was presented to you on arrival.
Payment Policy
Eftpos is available, however a "cash out" facility is not available.
Please note - there is a 2% Visa,American Express and MasterCard surcharge.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking using Masterard ,Visa or direct deposit and with the balance due on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE:
Any refund attracts a $50 handling fee to cover our costs or extra surcharge may apply if the booking is through a booking site which also may add extra to the the handling charge.
Cancellation within 14 days is refundable if the accommodation is re-booked (less the cancellation fee of $50 applies)
Bookings can be transferred to another date if arranged 14 days prior to your stay with a fee of $50 applies)
Failure to arrive, the deposit is forfeited and the remainder of the balance is payable.
Bookings during holiday periods such as Christmas, New Year, school holidays, Easter and long weekends a 4 week cancellation notice applies for the refund of the deposits.
COVID-19
All bookings affected by travel restrictions because of COVID-19 Pandemic you may change your dates without any penalty and the deposit paid to the new booking.
