Terms & Conditions

You agree to these terms upon booking confirmation:
Booking for 2 people refers to a couple 1 Bedroom, if extra bedroom is required then an extra $80 will be charged
Strictly no smoking in or around the property.
Property must be left as it was found on arrival. All rubbish must be removed. all kitchenware must be returned to where it was found. Barbecue must be cleaned when used.
No fires are to be lit inside or out during the bushfire months of December to February or on total fire ban days.
Please report any damage to property during your stay.
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level and there is to be no noise outside after 10 p.m. Please respect other guests and neighbours by not intruding on their villa space.
The villas are adult only accommodation. They are not suitable for children.
Unfortunately we do not accept pets.

Payment Policy

We require full payment to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted prior to 14 days before arrival. A $50.00 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations after 14 days before arrival will incur a no refund policy. A no refund policy also applies to all special event and long weekend periods.
