CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME :
Check-in Time: 1400 Hrs
Check-out Time: 1200 Hrs (noon)
CHILD POLICY :
- Children under 12 years sharing accommodation with parents in existing bedding are free of charge. Breakfast for children between 2-12 years will be entitled to 50% discount on other meals. Baby cot available on request and is free of charge.
RESERVATION RULES & POLICIES :
All rates are in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
Room rates include American breakfast for the maximum 2 persons per room per night basis.
Up to 1 extra bed is permitted per room at an extra charge (extra bed charge includes breakfast)
Payment policies may vary subject to rate plans. Please read the policy carefully when you book the room(s).
Minimum stay of 3 nights required during Peak Season (20 December - 10 January)
Complimentary use of wifi access and internet station at hotel’s lobby.

RESERVATION RULES & POLICIES :
Packages are to be paid in full within 7 days of making a package reservation, either by bank transfer or credit card (both on-line or off-line), otherwise the reservation may be released. If a reservation is cancelled 21 days or less prior to the arrival date, 100% of the payment is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY :
- Cancellations must be made in writing or online. Subject to your rate plan(s) booked, cancellation charge may apply. A written cancellation number will be issued and must be retained by the client if a refund is to be processed. E-mail cancellations require acknowledgement from the Hotel.
- Cancellation during green season must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival or penalty 1 night.
- Cancellation during high season must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival or penalty 1 night.
- Cancellation during peak season must be made at least 21 days prior to arrival or 100% of total booking value.
- No show will carry penalty of equivalent to the maximum cancellation charge at a time.
