ADDITIONAL CHARGES
As we are a small establishment, any additional costs incurred due to breakage or removal of items from rooms cannot be covered in the nightly tariff. Therefore, it will at times be necessary to apply additional charges to guest accounts.
Should it become necessary to carry out cleaning outside of regular housekeeping duties, an extra charge of $50 – $100 will apply (depending on the nature of cleaning required).
Mini-Bar items not declared will be charged at normal cost. Charges associated with breakages will be at discretion of management.

Special rates apply to all long weekends and local Bathurst special events.
Extra Adult charged at: $25.00
Extra Child charge at: $15.00
Extra Infant: no charge
Cot hire: no charge
Late check out, after 11am: $40

Payment Policy

All accommodation fees will be charged on the day of arrival, all other charges incurred during your stay can be settled upon check-out by either Credit Card or Cash (including Eftpos) only.

The following credit cards are accepted for payment of room and incidental charges:

* Diners Club

Please note that there is a 2.6% charge when you pay with a credit card.

Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required by this property for cancellations or changes.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the check in time forfeit the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.
