This fantastic holiday home is situated amongst beautiful peppermint trees on a huge corner block in one of the nicest streets in Dunsborough. Only one street from the beach with an easy direct beach access walkway and only a short walk to Dunsborough’s best shops, cafes and restaurants, this is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday escape.
The spacious house offers a huge open plan living area with featuring a Woodburning fire for cosy winter stays and an expansive garden area (plenty of room for your boat) and undercover patio with a BBQ and Pizza oven! There is plenty of space for the whole family with three double sized bedrooms with built in robes featuring a queen bed in the first and second bedroom and two king singles with trundles in the third bedroom. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated and a third shower is located in the laundry area to provide a quick wash down after a swim at the beach.
There is ducted air conditioning throughout the house and a reverse cycle unit in the main bedroom. The modern kitchen includes a large walk-in pantry and wrap around stone bench tops. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen provides guests the opportunity to self-cater for any occasion.
The property provides Free wifi, tv, video and a wide selection of DVDs, books and games are available. All linen is provided.

Thank you for your booking, we will now proceed in taking your deposit via the credit card you provided at the time of booking, or alternatively you can pay by bank transfer (details below).

Cancellation Policy
Once your booking has been confirmed and receipted by SHP your deposit is refundable according to the terms and conditions stated in the booking platform or the Online travel agent (OTA) your booking was originally made. The booking must be cancelled in writing more than two weeks from the date of commencement of your holiday. You will be released from the liability for the full balance of hire.
If we receive written notice of cancellation less than two weeks prior to the date of commencement of your holiday and we are successful in finding guests to replace the cancelled booking you will be released from the liability for the full balance of hire. The deposit will not be refunded.
The Booking Agent recommends that the Guest takes out comprehensive holiday cancellation and protection insurance with a reputable insurance company to cater for any unforeseen circumstances which may arise including accident, ill health or any other matters beyond the Guest’s reasonable control, as once the booking has been made and confirmed, the Guest will be responsible for payment of the full rental whether or not occupation of the Property occurs.
