Check in: after 2:00pm - 8.00 pm
LATE CHECK IN After 8.00 pm can be arranged prior to 8.00 pm and will require identification verification before an electronic check in can be completed. Late check in that requires reception attendance will be charged to the room cost at $110.00 ( as a one off charge)
Check out Weekdays : prior 10:00am ;
Saturdays , Sundays and Public Holidays Check out prior 11.00am

PROPERTY damage and or theft is the responsibility of the guest all damage and missing items will be charged to the guest.
This hotel is a NON-SMOKING or VAPING venue. Evidence of smoking or vaping (including odour) will attract a cleaning fee of $250.

Payment Policy

A Deposit is required at time of booking to confirm reservation.
Bookings are not confirmed until credit card details are received and deposit paid.
One night reservation 100% deposit is required.
Two or more night stays 50% deposit is required.
Reservations are confirmed once deposit has been paid and received.
I understand the credit card number is used as a bond against damage, breakage or misuse.
“No Show “ or stays “cut short” will be charged at 100%

CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival date, a refund of payment or deposit minus $55.00 administration fee will be given.
Bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date, no refund is payable and payment of total booking is required, unless the dates are able to be rebooked.
