Terms & Conditions

-The entire property is non-smoking
- Check-in is available from 2 pm to 10 pm in The Lodge. Check in in the Self-catering accommodation is from 3 pm to 10 pm. A registration form and credit card details will be required for all bookings. Reception is available between 8 am and 10 pm. For late arrivals after 10 pm there will be self-check-in instructions on your entrance door.
-Check out is by 10 am unless by prior arrangement. An extra night may be charged otherwise.
-Children under the age of 2 are free of charge. Children over the age of 2 stay at the adult rate.
- Please check our cancellation policy carefully. Non-Standard Rack rates are non-refundable and not amendable under any circumstances.
-Guests staying in the independent Self-Catering holiday houses or Cottage are free to enjoy all the grounds but we ask that you respect the privacy of the guests and residents in The Lodge by not hovering around it or using the immediate front garden . The Lodge is for private, hosted accommodation, it is not a generic public area.
- Self-Catering guests can dine at The Lodge with prior reservation- However the Lodge building is out of bounds at all other times.
-The Self-Catering houses must be left clean and tidy as found. Alternatively, you can choose to have us do the exit clean. The charge is NZD 120 per booking. We reserve the right to charge an excessive cleaning fee should your Self-Catering accommodation or Lodge room be left in a state that requires cleaning beyond the norm. Damage to property or excessive cleaning required will result in extra charges, the amount will be advised depending on what is required.
-There are pets on the property. Please do not allow them inside any of the buildings at any time.

Payment Policy

Deposit or full payment required at time of booking as applicable to rate chosen.
American Express and Diners credit card payments will incur a 3 % surcharge. Visa and Mastercard will incur a 2% surcharge.

Direct credit into our bank account preferred method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation the following will be charged:

Standard Rack Rates:
From time of booking: 25% of total amount.
30-8 days prior to arrival: 50% of total amount.
7-0 days prior to arrival or no show: 100% of total cost.

Non-Standard Rack Rates:
Please note that our special or promotional rates are on a strict prepaid, non-cancellable, non-amendable basis.
