If guest cancels 8 - 13 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fee will be charged, meaning 50% of the total booking value will be forfeited.
If guest cancels 7 days or less prior to arrival, including any no-shows or shortening of stays, 100% cancellation fee will be charged, meaning 100% of the total booking value will be forfeited.
