Our two privately owned apartments are situated on the beachfront overlooking Cats Eye Beach on the Resort Side of Hamilton Island.
Whitsunday Apartment East 1306 is a one bedroom on the 13th floor - for 2 adults only & has a golf buggy included.
Frangipani Lodge 204 is a three bedroom three bathroom self contained apartment on the top floor - it is suitable for up to 8 guests including children.

Prices and availability on this website is a guide only and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice at any time.
Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of the price and will be subject to the confirmation in a written format.
The buggy and apartment are supplied in an "as is" condition and no refunds or reimbursement will be given for any reason or should you choose to leave the property earlier than specified on the booking.
Total occupancy of our Whitsunday apartment is 2 adults only - Frangipani is 8 people - these numbers include children.
Check-in is 3 pm: If your apartment is ready, we can take you there straight away, however, if you are arriving on an earlier flight you will be required to wait while your room is being prepared, in which case we suggest you keep anything you may need easily accessible. If you'd like a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out you will need to pay for the extra night's accommodation.
Check-out is 10 am: If the schedule allows late checkout we will always do our best to provide this extra time. It is our policy that all incoming guests have the apartment complimentary buggy.
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance at the time of booking.
CHANGES, RESPONSIBILITY AND FURTHER
Conditions - All information in respect of goods & services offered, including prices, is subject to alteration or withdrawal without notice. We have the right to alter, amend or cancel all or any arrangements or prices in regard to accommodation. The right to alter prices referred to in the preceding paragraph applies until we have received a deposit.
We accept no responsibility or liability for any death, injury, accident, damage to personal property (including baggage) or any other matter arising from any act, omission or thing outside of our control.
Payment Policy
The deposit required to confirm your booking is 10%
The Balance payment is required 30 days before your arrival.
Full payment is required if booking is confirmed within 30 days of your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is necessary a full refund is available up to 30 days before your arrival.
A full refund of your deposit amount will be returned for any cancelation within 30days of your checkin date.
