Payment Policy

The Hawks Nest Motel accepts payment by Mastercard, Visa Card or EFTPOS. 100% of the first night will be charged within 7 days of arrival, exceptions: Xmas, Easter, School Holidays, Public Holidays/Long Weekends ,where deposits will be taken up to 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

The following policies apply to reservations made directly with the motel only.
If cancellations or changes to bookings are made prior to 24 hours prior to Check in date no fee will be charged, with the exception of School holidays, public holidays and special events, which is 14 days prior to check in . If a cancellation or change is made after that time you will be charged 100% of the first changed or cancelled night.
7 days prior to check in the reservation becomes fully non-refundable.
