Henderson Park Farm Retreat
Henderson Park is a 5th generation, family owned commercial beef cattle property that also offers secluded accommodation and function venue. We provide an authentic country retreat experience, set right on the banks of picturesque Hedlow Creek and overlooking a massive floodplain from which rise volcanic plugs. Stay in one of two self contained cabins or Hedlow Lodge, which offers 4 immaculate and spacious ensuited rooms or Barrett House -one of the original, recently renovated homesteads. Complimentary breakfast basket included each morning (when booking 2 or more nights receive the additional mornings free!) (for groups upt to 8 only). Henderson Park Farm Retreat is your haven waiting to be discovered. Henderson Park caters for couples, families and the fur friends as we are pet friendly. We are also the perfect venue choice for weddings, functions, corporate events and training. We are just a short 30 minutes drive north of Rockhampton and the Capricorn Coast, Central Queensland and a short 10 minute drive off the A1 highway. Barrett House
Barrett House Book
Barrett House is the original homestead on the property which has been luxuriously renovated. It has 2 master bedrooms each with a queen and king single bed per room and their own tv, ensuite bathroom, direct access to the wrap around verandah and outdoor settings, gas bbq and outdoor firepit. There is also a double fold out sofa in the lounge. It also features an indoor fireplace as well as air-conditioning, and we provide mountain bikes to access the creek, canoes and walking tracks.
Barrett House sleeps up to 8 people and pricing includes all linen, towels, full use of canoes, timber for the bonfire pit/ indoor fireplace.

The two fully equipped kitchens are centrally located on the spacious deck which provides a comfortable meeting place for friends or family travelling together. Outside are gas BBQ’s, bonfire and private jetty, with canoes provided for fun in Hedlow Creek. Hedlow Lodge is fully wheelchair accessible with one of the rooms designed with this especially in mind. A large coldroom and deep freezer are available at the complex for an additional cost. The surrounding grounds consist of open areas with extensive views and are landscaped in a natural style with an emphasis on native plants and birdlife.

Valid credit card details required per booking.
$100 cleaning surcharge applicable per room or cabin if left in an unclean and untidy manner. This includes dishes unwashed, excess pet hair and excrement,smoking or excess odour inside etc. and is to the discretion of the owners.
All damages and breakages must be paid for.

Cancellation Policy
24 hrs or under notification of cancellation- total amount of booking forfeited
2 - 14 days notice of cancellation - total amount of the deposit forfeited.
If a rebooking occurs within this period a full refund less $25 processing costs will be given
2 weeks and over notice of cancellation - full refund less $25 processing costs will be given
