Check in time is 2:00pm and Check out is 10:00am. We do our best but we do not guarantee you a particular unit.
Heritage House has a NON SMOKING policy within all units. Guests found to have smoked in the units will automatically incur a penalty of initially $50 followed by the cost incurred for the full damage. Receptacles are provided throughout the grounds to cater for smokers.
To cater for safety of all guests, skateboards, scooters, bikes and similar equipment must not be ridden within the complex. Balls must not be bounced near the apartments, on the stairways, in the units, against the windows or against the ceiling.
A boat wash is available in Storey Avenue, which is environmentally friendly. As all our drains are for storm water only.
Onsite parking is provided for one vehicle. Prior notice is required for boats or additional cars as there is limited space available.
The Motel Suites are serviced daily. The Self-Contained Units are only serviced if your stay is more than 1 week. Services are available at an additional fee if required within the week.
If we find the room has been left in a less than reasonable condition and a major clean is required, or damage has occurred, a rectification fee will apply. This fee starts from $100 and the final cost will be dependent upon work required.

Cancellation Policy

Any booking must be cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to check-in. For cancellations less than 30 days, the owners reserve the right to deduct the full amount of the first nights accommodation. For peak periods of school holidays and public holidays the full fee will be charged. For no show/appearance, full accommodation charge will be deducted.
