TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
COVID 19 Booking Requirement
In accordance with the NSW Public Health Order it is a requirement for all staff guests and visitors to Hibiscus Motel aged 16 and over be fully vaccinated for Covid-19. Your proof of vaccination will be required at time of booking or visitation and we kindly ask that you have your documentation ready prior to arrival. Failure to provide this information may result in booking cancellation and loss of refund. If you are unvaccinated for health reasons, please do make us aware and provide documentation pertaining to your medical exemption.

To ensure all guests enjoy their stay we enforce ZERO TOLERANCE RULES. Breach of any of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refund, and possible loss of bond.
All rooms are NON-SMOKING
NO excessive noise after 10:00pm
The number of persons originally booked is the maximum number of guests allowed to use the premises.
Check-out time is strictly 10:00am late fees apply
A cleaning fee of $50.00 minimum will be charged for cleaning beyond the usual level. You will be charged for any missing items or damages.
There will be NO refunds if your stay is cut short for any reason.

Payment Policy

OUR PAYMENT POLICY IS:

*During Low, Normal, & Shoulder Season: a deposit equivalent to one night's accommodation is required. All outstanding amounts are payable on arrival. Additionally, either a credit card imprint or cash deposit is required on arrival.

*During High Season (Easter, Schoolies, Christmas & New Years): a deposit equivalent to 50% of your total accommodation is required. All outstanding amounts are payable on arrival. Additionally, either a credit card imprint or cash deposit is required on arrival.

A Surcharge of 2% is applicable for all credit card payments

We reserve the right to request a Credit Card Pre-Authorisation on check in.

Cancellation Policy

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS:

*During Low, Normal, & Shoulder Season: 48 hours notice required. Should you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the day of your arrival, you will forfeit your deposit (one night's accommodation).

*During High Season (Easter, Schoolies, Christmas & New Years): 1 month's notice required. Should you cancel less than one month prior to the day of your arrival, you may forfeit your deposit (50% of your accommodation).

For all NON REFUNDABLE rates, you will forfeit 100% of the booking.

For special events (such as Blues Fest, Splendor in the Grass) Cancellations must be received 2 months prior to arrival or a 50% cancellation fee applies.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking if unforeseen circumstances arise or any specialised bookings that we are not equipped to deal with. In this instance, a full refund will be given.
