- Upon arrival passport is needed for check in.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Check-in time is 2.00PM. If you arrive to the island before this time you can leave your bags in the office. We have on-site toilets and showers available.
- Extending your stay is always appreciated when mentioned 24hours in advance and subject to room availability.
- Guest rooms are cleaned upon request.
- Please assist us in preserving nature by switching off your lights and fan upon leaving your room.
- For safety please keep you room door locked when not in your room.
-Safe available for valuable items accessible in office hours between 8am-8pm
- All of our rooms are non-smoking. You can smoke outside on your balcony and ash trays are provided.
- Please take good care of your belongings. The Hideaway, can not and will not be held responsible for any loss and/or damage to personal guest items.
- Please do not put paper tissue in the toilet or any other kind of material because toilet will block.
Payment Policy
Payment is required in full upon booking.
Should you wish to extend your stay with us, we can check availability for you in reception. Upon extension, payment in full for your extra nights is required.
We accept cash or bank transfer in Thai Baht only.
We accept credit card and Paypal payments on site (at reception), but please note that there is a 5% surcharge for this service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation two weeks before check-in date, no refund is given.
Cancellation prior to two weeks before check-in date, a 1 night charge.
