Built Circa 1903, Highball House is considered to be the longest continuously run accomodation venue in the heart of beautiful Bundanoon.
Sitting on over 5,500sqm of established tree lined gardens, yet only a short walk from village shops, cafe's and of course, the pub.
Highball House is the perfect Southern Highlands getaway for large groups. Bringing family, friends and large groups together to celebrate love, laugh and be merry.

Highball House is hired out as a whole building for your exclusive use. It has accommodation for a total of 36 people.
There are 14 bedrooms including a bunk room with two single beds. 13 of the bedrooms have double beds and some of the larger rooms have an extra single.
The building has three bathrooms, two separate shower rooms and two separate powder rooms.
Dine
The dining areas accommodate 36 people and the large commercial style kitchen can easily cater for this amount. Kitchen crockery and cutlery etc is provided for 36 people.
We don't cater but have a list of caterers if you need one. The local restaurants are also an easy option to pick up food from.
Entertain
Large groups can mingle or escape to a quiet corner with expansive verandas overlooking the grounds, two glamorous connected living areas each with fireplaces, a light bright garden conservatory, a bar area and an external BBQ area with a games room close by.
Play
The separate games room has table tennis and a pool table plus a large TV, dartboard and fridge.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is required four weeks before your arrival date.
