Yama Ki is tucked away in the misty mountains of the Yarra Ranges. As you wind up Don Road, you will be greeted by lush green tree ferns, and feel serenity in the towering mountain ash forest. For such an incredibly secluded location, we are only 90 minutes from Melbourne, conveniently between Healesville and Warburton, and on the doorstep of the neighbouring towns of Marysville, King Lake, Dandenong, Warragul and Baw Baw.
Our aim is to create a sustainable and meaningful space for those looking to retreat, replenish and reconnect in nature.
Nestled privately amongst the native forest, we have three self contained cottages for those looking to getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. All cottages feature a double spa, enclosed wood fire, balcony and fully equipped kitchen. It is the perfect retreat, whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, family holiday, celebrating a special event, relaxing in nature, or exploring the Yarra Valley.

Terms & Conditions
If government travel restrictions take place or if showing COVID-19 symptoms or tested positive, guests can reschedule their booked stay at any time without any charges.
The full amount for the entire stay will be debited from your Credit Card as soon as the booking is made.
Upon arrival, the guest will read and comply with the safety brief provided in the cottage information booklet.
House rules:

- No external guests on the property
- We are a retreat space, so please respect the other guests on the property by keeping outdoor noise to a minimum
- In the event that the guests emit excessive noise, property has been either damaged, or left in an unsatisfactory manner, the agent may enter a debit on the security deposit or supplied credit card details of the guest.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds and Cancellations
COVID-19 PERIOD:
If government travel restrictions take place during the booked dates, guests can cancel their stay without any charges.
OTHER PERIODS:
Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 60% deposit or credit for a future booking
Cancellations notified between 21 and 30 days prior to arrival receive a credit for a future booking
Cancellations notified within 20 days of arrival receive no refund of deposit
