Payment Terms
50% deposit of the total of your reservation is required to confirm your booking dates. The final payment for your booking is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Security Deposit
Credit card details are kept securely on file as your security deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
We reserve the right to charge an $800 per unit fee to cover the excess for property damages.
We reserve the right to charge an excess cleaning fee of $250 if the property is left in an unsatisfactory state.
