- Any postpone received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the 60% charge of the booking value.
No-show
- Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a No-Show, 100% charged and no refund will be given.
Cancellation
- Reservation are non-refundable, if not caused by hotel's mistake.

Terms & Conditions
Unspecific bed type will be consider as super king size bed (7').
Children 2-12 years old are welcome with no extra charges.
Over 13 years old are considered as adults.
All children under 13 years old are charged THB 400 per night for extra beds or baby cot.
All further older children or adults are charged THB 400 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Payment Policy
I accept cash (THB), Promtpay, QR code and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refund would be applied in any reservation, if not cause by hotel's mistake.
