Inverell Motel has the BEST position in town, situated right in the centre of the CBD / shopping district of Inverell. Walk to pubs, club, cafes and restaurants. All shopping & supermarkets, Big W, Tourism Information centre, Library, Art Gallery, Town Hall and Post Office. The Motel shop has a great variety of old wares, retro, collectables and interesting items - all at very reasonable prices.

Inverell Motel offers you 25 units. Modern Standard double rooms, Queen rooms and Family rooms (2 with kitchens). One of our Family rooms can comfortably sleep a family of six, and another 2 can comfortably sleep five. We also have twin and triple rooms available.
Guest Laundry onsite.

Hot breakfast or continental breakfast may also be ordered and is delivered to your room, should you desire.. Inverell Motel has its own restaurant which offers room services to its guests and does have a charge-back arrangement with selected local restaurants.

A short stroll away is Campbell Park, which hosts a modern outdoor "GYM" overlooking the MacIntyre river, and also incorporates lovely walking paths along the riverside, with ducks and local bird life which are easily seen and enjoyed.

Each unit is provided with a microwave, toaster, kettle, tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary cookies, air-conditioning/heating, electric blankets, hairdryer, flat screen TV, Wifi, iron and ironing board. 2 Rooms are available with a kitchen and full size fridge. A limited number of DVD players are available from Reception upon request with a great collection of DVD's to choose from.

If you have never visited the Inverell district, we are sure you will be pleasantly surprised at the attractions and services that the area has to offer. Inverell Motel has a wide range of brochures to assist you in selecting local attractions. A few examples are Inverell Transport Museum, Inverell Pioneer Village, Copeton Water State Park. Copeton Dam holds 3 times the volume of Sydney Harbour when at full capacity and is a fisherman's delight. It is also very popular for sailing and water skiing. Also popular are our local olive groves, wineries, Green Valley Farm and nearby beauitful National Parks.

Many fossicking area's are found within the district, where visitors may fossick at their leisure for a variety of stones from tin to sapphires, quartz or maybe a diamond. There are area's for both the beginner and the avid fossicker, or you may prefer to fossick at one of the privately operated fossicking properties, where you can go and seek along the creeks and gullies. Wash tubs and equipment are provided for a fee and picnic areas are available.

If you are staying in Inverell, get booked in here as I'll bet the rates go up soon. This has to be one of the nicest Motels I've ever stayed in. Room (3) is large, spotless and contains shiney wine glasses, crockery/cutlery/etc better stuff than some hotels I've stayed in. Air-con is new, Bathroom (shower, no bath) great - even a decent hairdryer in the cupboard, beds comfy and lots of storage space. It even has a comfy sofa and wooden table & chairs. As others have said, the location is very central and close to everything. Ample parking outside the room. New owners moved here in May and it looks like a labour of love for them. As the decent reviews start to pour in, and word gets around, the rate will probably (and rightly!) rise so get in now :-)

This motel has now changed hands and the rooms are very clean and the new owners and staff were very friendly. I stayed for 3 weeks and the motel was in an excellent position to be able to get around the town without a car. I fully recommend this motel for long or short stays. Thanks for a great stay. We had a great stay, lovely clean family room, the elec blankets and heater were fantastic. You are doing a fantastic job considering you have just taken over the hotel and you have some great ideas on improving what you have. Fast and friendly service, pleasure to stay. We had 4 great nights in a friendly town, with excellent customer service. Great pub next door for dinner. 5 star service. Keep up the good work. Kylie from brisbane.
