Ishq Talpe
Ishq is informal, homely and bespoke. Family owned, the villa takes its name from the Arabic word for love and passion. Located along Galle’s ‘French Riviera’, Ishq is a four-bedroomed luxury villa that first came to be in the 1990s, a part of the original fabric of the island’s first luxury villas designed by the renowned architect Bruce Fell-Smith. Today, the villa marries a love for clean design with oceanic hues and brings together all the comforts of a boutique hotel with the privacy and exclusivity of a private villa.

Villa Occupancy Policy
The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 14 guests (including children) The villa comprises of the following five rooms:
• 1 x Garden Suite (King Size Bed)
• 1 x Garden Suite (King Size Bed & 1 Single Bed)
• 1 x Family Suite (King Size Bed & 3 Single Beds)
• 1 x Ocean Suite (King Size Bed with En-Suite Jacuzzi)
• 1 x Master Suite (King Size Bed & TV Room)
Early Arrivals and Late Departures
Our check in time is 14:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to the villa, we recommend booking the villa for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to the villa until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Payment Policy
Standard Rate:
100% deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival on the Standard Rate.
Non-Refundable Rate:
100% deposit is required on confirmation of booking on the Non-Refundable Rate.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Rate:
In the case of cancellation or early departure, a written notice of cancellation by fax or email must be received by the villa on or before the release / cancellation period. In the event, such written notice is not received within the time frame stated below, the villa reserves the right to charge as follows:
• Reservations will be released free of charge up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (local time).
• 29-00 days: 100% stay cancellation fee is applicable.
Non-Refundable Rate:
Full payment will be taken at the time of confirmation of the booking. The booking cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at the villa will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
