Terms & Conditions

Reservations: A credit card number is required at the time of booking. You agree to make payment at the time of booking via a debit to your nominated credit card, one nights accommodation as a deposit
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms. Ashtrays are located outside on the verandahs. Any evidence of a guest smoking in their room will incur additional cleaning charges which will automatically be charged to your nominated card.
Cleaning/Damage: Additional charges will apply for any extra cleaning required and/or damage to the room which will automatically be charged to your nominated card.
Pets: Health regulations do not allow pets in the cabins or rooms. Guide dogs are the only exception.
Lost Keys: An $80 charge will be added to your account if keys are lost or not returned upon departure.
Please note that American Express attracst a 3% surcharge.
If a booking is cancelled within 14 days, a penalty of 20% of total booking applies.
If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours, one nights accommodation will be charged
Payment Policy
Accounts are due and payable within seven days.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Cash, EFTPOS, American Express, Direct Banking.

To secure a confirmed booking, credit card details are required & a deposit of one nights accommodation will be charged to your nominated card . This secures the room for the period of your stay and guarantees a room upon arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation within 14 days of arrival date, a penalty of 20% of total booking applies.
In the event of cancellation within 24 hours of arrival date the given credit card will be charged one nights accommodation
NO SHOWS
In the event of failure to show on the booked date, the given credit card will be charged one night accommodation and the rest of the booking will be cancelled.
Please inform us at the earliest convenience if your plans change to avoid any unnecessary charges.
