We in the Jasa Logistik Nusantara (JLN) Training Center Jakarta are privileged to serve each of you. Your parent organization has contracted JLN to provide services for you as one of our clients. By using this facility, all guests agree to follow the guidelines detailed in the JLN Training Center General Info document that was previously emailed to you and available in your room for your review.

PLEASE, list your Travel Purpose and Expense Item (if different than Lodging), Cost Center (you can get this from Workday if you don't know your cost center) and Gift Account if (if applicable) below for all charges to a corporate account:

Payment Policy

All bills must be settled upon departure. We accept cash (IDR) or direct billing. (For training and meeting expenses, please see our Training Guidelines for complete instructions.)

Please place the check-out sign on your door at departure and drop the envelope you were given at check-in with keys and payment into the wooden box in the Business Center.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to use your reservation, please contact us ASAP to cancel your booking. If you do not show-up and have not contacted our office, you will be charged for one nights stay.
