Guests checking in or out before or after the designated periods may be charged an additional fee. The resort offers luggage storage to guests for before check-in and after check-out.

Please refrain from making loud noise as we have other guests who are prefer to enjoy the resort in a relaxing ambiance.

Effective January 2022, bringing of food and cooking within the premises will not be allowed
Please bring your vaccination cards along with a valid id. Guests who will not be able to present the following will not be allowed to enter the property.
Juness Beach Resort does permit smoking in some areas and is not 100% smoke-free.
Payment Policy
Prepayment: Full prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. This is nonrefundable.
Modification: Travel Dates from April 15, 2021 to November 30, 2021 - Free rebooking 3 days before arrival (except force majeure) up to 6 months from original arrival date. Subject to rate difference on new travel date.
Modification: Travel Dates from December 01 to 24, 2021 – Free rebooking 3 days before arrival (except force majeure) up to 3 months from original arrival date. Subject to rate difference on new travel date
Modification: Travel Dates from December 25, 2021 to January 02, 2022 - Free rebooking 14 days before arrival (except force majeure) up to 3 months from original arrival date. Subject to rate difference on new travel date.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and amendments can be made free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if canceled 3 days before arrival.
No Show: Your 100% prepayment will be forfeited if you do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the hotel.
