Terms & Conditions
Hotel Policy
* Check-in from 14:00 - 18:00 and check-out is by 07:00 - 10:00 am unless pre-approval arranged prior to arrival with the Manager.
* Room inventory is checked immediately following guest departure and a charge will be made, to the nominated credit card, for any damaged or missing items.
* All items of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and/or cookware should be properly washed, dried, and placed away. If this is not done, or where the room is left in an untidy state, the company reserves the right to charge a minimum of $50 to cover extra cleaning costs.
* The company accepts no liability in respect of any loss, injury or damage incurred, either to the guest or their belongings.
* Young children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at any time that they are moving about the property, particularly nearby the unfenced ponds or boundary fences.
* The room tariff is based on the number of occupancy of the room and for any extra person to occupy the room there will be an additional cost of $ 30 per person per night.
* All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted at designated areas near car parks only and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.
* We strongly recommend that interstate and international guests take out appropriate travel insurance.

Payment Policy
Full payment will be taken days before arrival in order to confirm the reservation with us. The payment collection period will be accordingly 3 or 7 days prior to arrival depending on the seasons policy.
Cancellation Policy
LOW & MID SEASONS: Full payment will be taken 3 days prior to your arrival. The guest can cancel 3 days before arrival. Any cancellation within 3 days or last-minute cancellation will incur the full cost of the booking.
PEAK: Full payment will be taken 7 days prior to your arrival. The guest can cancel 7 days before arrival. Any cancellation within 7 days or last-minute cancellation will incur the full cost of the booking.
