Terms & Conditions
- You may be required to provide a credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges and may be required to provide photo ID.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation.
- Our rooms are strickly non-smoking. Failure to comply will result in a fine of $500.
- Karuah Gardens Motel is a quiet motel and guest shall be considerate of other guests at all times. Unruly and unmannered behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the eviction without refund at management’s discretion.
- Noise – we ask all guests to restrict noise levels after 8pm
- Reception from 2pm to 6pm each day. Anyone wishing to check in after 6pm can give us a call on the day to arrange check in. (Reception hours may vary at certain times but you will be contacted if this is so).
Payment Policy
- Full Payment will be taken once we have received your booking. Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirming your reservation and your payment. If payment cannot be taken we will contact you. But if we cannot get in contact with you regarding payment, your booking may be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up until 1 week prior to the check in date. Any cancellation within a week of check in will forfeit their payment.
