* Rates are subject to 5% Service Charge, and 10% Prevailing Government Tax.
* Occupancy: Default occupancy for 1 room is 2 person. Maximum accommodate for 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 children but cannot exceeded 3 person per room occupancy maximum.
* At this hotel guests under 12 years old considered children. All other guests are considered adults.
* Extra charge with rollaway Including breakfast is IDR 500.000 per rollaway/per night and subject to 5% Service Charge, and 10% Government Tax.
* Extra child charge with breakfast is discount 50% from alacarte rate and subject to 5% Service Charge, and 10% Government Tax.
* Up to 2 children who are under 12 years old are permitted and sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult.
* Check-in time is 14:00 hours and Check-out time is 12:00 hours.
* Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
* Late check out from 14:00 hours to 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the room rate.
* Late check out after 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the room rate.
* All reservations are to be guaranteed by valid credit card (Visa or Master Card)
* Following the regulation of Indonesian government, all credit card transactions will be in Rupiahs at the hotel prevailing exchange rate.

Cancellation Policy
* January 05th to June 30th and September 30th to December 22th - Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival, will be subject to a charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.
* July 01st to September 29th and December 23th to January 04th - Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.
* For Advance Purchase Kemangi Hot deal – Reservation is non-cancellable,non-changeable and A full non-refundable prepayment is required upon confirmation of the booking.
