Kerrybrook Farm Retreat has a 2 bedroom self contained retreat with a large veranda and BBQ. The retreat is overlooking a stunning valley landscape. Kerrybrook Farm Retreat is located on a working farm in the beautiful Scenic Rim, and all the area has to offer. Watching the sun go down is spectacular. Once it`s dark remember to gaze up at our beautiful starscape. Rates are for 4 guests. Sleeps 6. One Queen, one double and single top bunk. Single Roll away. Portacot available on request.
For guests staying with us and attending a function at Ricorhy Kerry - weddings and functions, a complimentary drop off and pick up from that venue on the date of the function is available. Please notify us of your needs at booking. This is a beautiful spot to wind down and enjoy the outdoors. Light Continental breakfast is included with all stays. All guests are welcome to help themselves to the vegetable garden. BBQ breakfast packs can be ordered at booking.

Prepayment of accommodation is requested upon booking. We allow changes of dates up until 14 days out from the booked arrival date. If you cancel between 7 to 14 days before your booked arrival date we have the right to retain up to 50% of your prepayment. If you cancel within 7 days of your booked arrival date or do not show up we can retain up to 100% of your prepayment.
If you are booking and attending a function at Ricorhy Weddings and functions please advise if you would like to take advantage of the complimentary pick up and drop off on the day of your event.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
All children are welcome.
Infants under two years of age are free of charge. A cot can be hired for $ 5 per night.
The two bedroom farm retreat has one queen size bed and one double bed and one single bed. The room rate is for 4 guests.
The maximum number of extra beds in the two bedrooms retreat is one, the extra bed being a sofa bed.
The maximum number guests in the two bedroom farm retreat is 6.
NO SMOKING POLICY
No smoking is kindly requested both inside the retreats or around the farm. Smoking is allowed on the outside deck of the retreats. All butts to be disposed of in ash tray provided.
ACCESS TO OUR FARM
Guests for their own safety are kindly asked to follow our instructions with regard to access to areas of our farm. Complimentary farm tour included in your stay if requested at time of booking.
PETS POLICY
As we are a farm unfortunately no pets are allowed.
CLEANING AND CHECKOUT
Please leave the retreat tidy and wash the dishes, used towels in the laundry tub. All rubbish in the bins. Failure to do this will result in a cleaning charge of $20 per night.
