Property Information
K-Vee Accommodation
K Vee Accommodation is is in the heart of Kangaroo Valley village but is set back from the road with pleasant rural views. We are located right next to The General store and The General cafe which is great for breakfasts and your early morning coffee.
The Kangaroo Valley Curry House is literally over the road and the best gelato in the valley is available from the Sweet As lolly shop just in front of the accommodation. After a day out enjoy a quiet drink at the Friendly Inn - just a 5 minute walk away. No need to worry about a taxi after dinner.
There is private access to each part of the property and free off-road parking. We also offer free wifi.
While The Studio and The Apartment are perfect for a couple wanting to get away from it all, the larger Residence can accommodate up to two couples. Small well-behaved pets can be accommodated in the Apartment and the Residence (please ask us if you would like to bring a furred friend with you)). If access to three or four bedrooms is needed please ask us about making a joint booking as we can allow the spaces to be shared if that would enhance your stay.
The Studio and the Apartment have kitchenettes and the Residence has a full kitchen if you would prefer to self cater.

Terms & Conditions
Please note there is a $300 security bond for each booking that covers damage or loss of keys. We do not charge your card unless these events occur . We reserve the right to charge you for any damage or key loss up to this limit for up to 7 days after your stay.
Check in & Key Collection
The keys will be available in a key lock box at the property from 2.00pm on the day of commencement of your stay and no earlier, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed with us.
Your booking includes linen (sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, face washers) and shower gel, toilet paper and dishwashing liquid are supplied. Tea and coffee and a small amount of milk is also supplied. Guests are to supply their own personal items such as shampoo.
Garbage
Garbage should be placed in the bins provided. Any excess garbage is your responsibility and must be disposed of on departure.
Occupancy Rules
You are responsible to ensure that the premises are kept clean and tidy.
Moving of any furniture is prohibited.
Please ensure that the BBQ and utensils are cleaned and gas turned off.
Animals are strictly prohibited in the Studio. Guests staying in the The Residence or the Apartment should discuss suitability to bring their pet with our manager Vicki.
Guests must not be a nuisance or annoyance to neighbours. Excess noise is not permitted after 11pm under any circumstances.
No responsibility is taken for personal property left at the premises.
We have described the premises and its position to the best of our ability and in good faith. We recommend that you look at the photos for each individual piece of accommodation before making your reservation.
No responsibility, refund, or relocating for alleged misrepresentation will be accepted.
Check Out & Key Return
Check out from the premises is strictly by 10:00am unless otherwise agreed with our manager Vicki.
Payment Policy
We normally process payment of the tariff for your stay a few weeks before your stay commences.
Following this we will send an email with directions and the access code for the key lock box
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the commencement of your stay for a full refund.
Cancellations within the 30 days or no shows will be charged in full and there will be no refund.
