La Bella Vita is a luxury B&B situated on a magnificent 3.5 acre fully landscaped property in Batesford, Victoria, just 10 minutes west of Geelong in the historic Dog Rocks area.

Terms & Conditions
The number of guests not to exceed number of guests booked (step 2 of booking process). The tarrifs are calculated on a "per room" basis - maximum 2). Please notify Joan on 0418814111 if you need to make changes to your booking numbers.
Beds are made up with linen and towels for number of guests staying.
Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10 am. Early check in and late check out can be arranged (when possible) with prior arrangement. Fee of $10/hour may apply.
Pet Policy - Sorry, no pets allowed.
No Smoking Allowed.
Departure - Please leave property neat and tidy - no need to strip bed/s.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required to secure a booking. .Payment details entered will be used to secure your booking. If your payment is unsuccessful, we will contact you by email before cancelling your booking.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy
Refund is paid in full (less booking fee of $50.00) if cancellation is received 10 or more working days prior to booking date. If it is made less than 10 working days prior to booking date, one night's accommodation is forfeited, but the balance is refunded. Cancelling less than 5 working days prior to booking date, all money is forfeited.
We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforseen circumstances.
