Terms & Conditions
All of our rooms and inside buildings are STRICTLY NON SMOKING, if you smoke in our rooms it will be considered malicious damage and cleaning charges will be charged to your account to remove smoking residues, charges start at $150.00.
We do not allow pets on our premises and management has a right to evict, without a refund any guest for infringement and charge an additional cleaning cost.
For the comfort and consideration of all guests excessive late night noise will not be tolerated, guests are asked not to bring people not being accommodated in the motel back to their rooms. Any breakages/damages will be charged directly to your credit card.
Every person signing this document and or actually occupying accommodation or utilizing other services shall be personally responsible for all charges in addition to the above named not withstanding that an account is sent to you in the first instance.
It is a condition of your occupancy that the owners/managers are not liable for any damage to/or loss of property which the occupier or their guests may bring to the property.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in peak periods will incur a fee of one night stay and 24 hrs will incur a fee equal to full amount.
