Lanah Residence
A dining area seating 10 with an adjacent kitchen where will be served every morning a New Zealand style buffet breakfast,an afternoon tea &Pre-dinner cocktail in the evening for the guest staying in the residence. The ground floor is provided with a well equiped laundry, ski lockers for each of the tenant, a fitness club with state of the art equipment (Eliptique machine, rawing machine and Pilatus), a lift going to the lobby and the top floor apartment, 2 indoor parkings & one outdoor parking.The three 60 to 65m2 apartment are provided with a fully equiped bathroom with soaking bath, over size shower, 2 sinks and a separate toilet, a walk in closet with a mini safe, a mini bar area with a kitchenette, a round table sitting 4 for dining, a working desk with proper internet connection, a large TV, a king size bed and a day bed along the panoramic window.On top of the residence is a panoramic Jacuzzy for the use of the guest staying in the residence
