We are a small boutique hotel located in the heart of Corong Corong — the ‘sunset side’ of El Nido. Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made for Last Frontier Beach Resort.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT INFORMATION

All rates are quoted on double occupancy and include prevailing taxes. Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (Php).

All rooms are strictly for double occupancy only and a minimum age of 15 is required to be able to stay in the resort.

A full payment shall be paid upon making the booking to guarantee the reservation. The payment shall be made through bank deposit or PayPal including PayPal fees that will apply. The balance must be paid in cash only upon check in and must be in Philippine Peso (Php). Please be advised to bring enough cash with you.

NOTE: The customer's credit card details is only used to create the booking. No payment will be collected and all payments are only made via PayPal or bank to bank transfers or deposits.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT REQUIREMENTS

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and checkout time is at 12:00 noon. Please note that our Reception closes at 10:00 pm.

All guests are required to present a valid photographic proof of identity like passport or government-issued identification upon check in.

Should you arrive before check in time, kindly inform the hotel in advance. If you arrive at the hotel early, we will be happy to hold luggage for you until check in.

The hotel reserves the right to charge per night cancellation fee should you cancel any nights from your originally intended length of stay.

Late check-outs are subject to room availability and occupancy. We advise that you check with our Front Office at least 24 hours prior to departure.

Late check-outs will be charged 50%room charge for checking out between 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and a full day room charge after 6:00 pm. (Subject to room availability)

HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS

Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the restaurant or at the veranda of your cottage (optional).

The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.

Any incidental charges during your stay must be paid in cash only. Euros and USD are also accepted but exchange rates are subject to currency fluctuations. Billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay.

Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.

Please be reminded to deposit room keys including magnetic card to the reception. Any lost keys/magnetic cards will be charged Php 1,000.

Bringing of food and drinks are not allowed in the restaurant. A corkage fee will be charged for any food or drink items that will be bought or consumed at the restaurant.

Hotel Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like, money, jewelry or any other valuables left by guests in the room; we strongly encourage you to put them in the safety deposit box provided.

No animals or unsanitary articles may be brought into the hotel. No pets, other than a registered guide dog, are permitted in the resort.

No inflammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic, radioactive or other dangerous articles may be brought into the hotel. No burning of items (excluding candles) or ignition of fireworks or firecrackers or use of open flames is permitted in the resort.

Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited.

In consideration to other guests, noise-making or playing music loudly in a way that is disturbing is not allowed in the resort, in particular between 10.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m.

OUR SAFETY COVID-19 PROTOCOL
Checking In
Get your body temperature checked upon entry. A staff member will check it using a thermal scanner at the hotel entrance. If cleared, you will be allowed
entry. If found with fever and flu-like symptoms, you will be referred to the doctor on duty or nearby hospital.
Disinfect your shoes by stepping on the sanitizing mat at the entrance.
Fill up a Health Declaration Form upon check in at the hotel.
Observe physical distancing and respiratory etiquette. Follow the floor markers, which should allow one meter distance from the next guest.
Familiarize yourself with the hotel policies. You’ll be briefed on the disease and given health information materials, emergency contact numbers, and
reminder cards.

Inside the Room
Only single or double room occupancies are allowed. Room transfers may be allowed when necessary.
Bathroom amenities and sanitation kits (which may include face masks, gloves, 70% solution alcohol) must be provided to each guest.
Dispose of your trash properly, especially used Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like face masks, disposable gloves, and other sanitation wastes.
You should find at least two trash bins inside your room; one is intended for used PPE.
Turndown service is strongly discouraged, so don’t expect the staff to clean up your room in the middle of the day.
Don’t expect to find food and drinks at the minibars because it’s strongly discouraged. Bottled water is allowed.
No sharing of food or belongings.
Avoid mingling with other guests.
Always wash your hands.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
