Leamington Spa Motel is conveniently located as the closest motel to Lake Karapiro, the first motel as you approach Cambridge from the south on SH1 and only 15 minutes from Mystery Creek.
We offer spacious newly renovated Queen Studio, 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom Units. Cambridge accommodation suitable for families, all set in relaxing grounds which include a pool and spa pool area. Free Wifi, Sky TV and Pet friendly accommodation. Please note there is a $30 per room charge for pets.
We are minutes from Lake Karapiro, renowned for it's numerous rowing events and other water sports, and the amazing Avantidrome national cycling / Waikato cycling / bikenz. Within 20 minutes of Tirau, Matamata, Hamilton, Hamilton Airport and Te Awamutu, 50 minutes to Waitomo Caves and 20 minutes to the Hobbiton village movie set from the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

The remaining balance is due the day prior to arrival.
For bookings with 3 or more rooms, or for 3 or more days, a different policy may apply.
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE BOOKED WITH A CREDIT CARD, WE WILL TAKE THAT AS CONFIRMATION THAT WE CAN CHARGE THE DEPOSIT AND BALANCE TO IT.
If you card is declined, you will be given 24 hours to provide us with a new method of payment.

CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancellations made within 30 days of your booking date will result in the loss of your deposit. This includes booking amendments where the amount of rooms or dates are reduced.
COVID-19:
If your booking needs to be cancelled due to Covid restrictions, your deposit will be refunded minus an admin fee.
