Set in the heart of Hepburn Springs Village, Linga Longa is an iconic property that offers self-contained accommodation for small or large groups. Accommodating a total of up to 44 people across 5 separate cottages, Linga Longa is the perfect venue for large groups visiting the region for the many festivals and events that Hepburn Springs and Daylesford are famous for. It’s also perfect for special occasion events - family reunions, milestone birthday’s, anniversaries, wedding accommodation and women’s wellness weekends. We even cater for corporate workshops too!
Each cottage and house has been upgraded with all modern conveniences whilst maintaining many original 1920's heritage features –the best of both worlds. That’s one of the reasons this property has become so popular. All cottages are fully air-conditioned and centrally heated, have premium bedding and four of the five cottages have real wood fires! Set over 3 blocks the cottages are surrounded by tranquil gardens, with off-street parking and free WiFi. Our accommodation is relaxed and comfortable and offers excellent value for money and with 5 cottages to choose from, we offer great flexibility for smaller groups too.
Located in an enchanting, quiet and beautiful area of this region, Hepburn Springs has some amazing places to eat and drink right on the doorstep. You also have access to a number of fabulous wellness facilities including the famous Bathhouse. If you’re looking for a bit of cabaret entertainment, the newly refurbished Palais, is the latest jewel in the crown – did we say Cocktails! And of course, Daylesford is just a small car journey or taxi ride away.

Daisy Dell is a one bedroom cottage set in gardens at the rear of the property and offers a cosy space for a couple, or two singles, to relax and unwind. The cottage has a king size bed (or two singles), kitchenette facilities, ensuite bathroom with full size bath, a pot belly wood fire for winter and air conditioning for summer. Daisy Dell has two verandahs overlooking the garden. The cottage has it's own private entrance but is attached to another cottage next door; Dingly Dell.

Dingly Dell cottage is often referred to as the 'Tardis' given its clever renovation into a stylish two storey cottage with three bedroom areas. The house is at the rear of the property in a quiet location and sits amongst the tree tops.
Downstairs is the first bedroom with ensuite bathroom featuring a full size bath, a cosy lounge with wood fire, large open plan kitchen dining area with all the modern facilities you could wish for and a second bathroom.
Upstairs leads to an open mezzanine level bedroom with queen bed adjoined by a huge third bedroom with four king single beds, a bathroom and loads of space. The upstairs bedrooms overlook gardens and create a sense of living in the treetops.

Devonia is a charming holiday cottage purpose built in the 1920's and retains many of its original art deco features alongside more recent refurbishment. It's the perfect place to step back in time to a country cottage, in comfort. The cottage has four bedrooms each with a convertible king size bed, two bathrooms with original bath, a fully equipped kitchen, gas heating, air conditioning and an open fireplace.

Beautiful high quality, classic Victorian house. The six bedroom Country House is the largest of all the houses at Linga Longa. The house was built in 1902 and has a long history of providing holiday accommodation. Fully renovated, this 6 bedroom house is the perfect place to gather with a group of friends, family or work mates. The house boasts a huge living space in the lounge dining area, which retains many of its heritage features, and has all the creature comforts required for a group.

Terms & Conditions
The person booking the accommodation shall be solely responsible for a $400 bond which will be forfeited if the property is not left in a similar condition to that upon arrival, costs arising from any loss or damage occurring during the booking, or for additional guests above the number listed (or otherwise agreed to in writing).
A credit card imprint and/or Photo ID may be required from the person booking the accommodation.
Mobile Massage Therapy services are not permitted at Linga Longa.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit (of the total cost of the booking) is required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking is payable on arrival. NOTE: The initial E-mail sent by this system is not your final confirmation. You will be sent a "booking confirmation" from Linga Longa which is the final confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits for bookings of less than 6 people cancelled within 1 month of arrival will only be refunded if the property is re-let, less a 10% administration fee. Deposits for bookings of 6 or more people cancelled within 3 months of arrival will only be refunded if the property is re-let, less a 10% administration fee. Any changes to bookings will incur a $20 administration fee.
