A delightful blend of bush & beach nestled amongst the gum trees of Lorne's forested backdrop yet only 3 minutes drive to the Great Ocean Road, magnificent beaches cosmopolitan restaurants and Lorne's bustling shopping village.
5 cottages for couples or a family, the 4 bedroomed Bush House, great for families to share or a group of friends and 5 Deluxe Eco Retreats for the "experience seekers"-who prefer classy camping, Safari Tents set on elevated floors, overlooking the Otway state forest.
For all to share we have a yabby dam, an adventure ropes course and a walking track with native birds & animals galore
All accommodation is fully self contained. The Cottages & Bush House have a full kitchen, double spa, wood fire, A/C, TV VCR DVD & CD player, large deck and private BBQ. The Eco Retreats have pampering deluxe beds with electric blankets, private ensuite, kitchenette, TV, electric heating and cooling, deck with outdoor furniture & private BBQ.
All bedding, linen and towels are provided and all Cottages & Eco Retreats offer fantastic views.

Terms & Conditions
Half the tariff is required on booking and the remainder is required on arrival.We reserve the right to request bonds at any time.
We have a strict policy on noise and rowdy behaviour and expect all guests to respect the quiet enjoyment of other guests. Failure to respect this will result in you being asked to leave without refund. The accommodation is to be left in a reasonable state and rubbish placed in supplied bins on departure. If this is not the case and a longer than normal cleaning time is required then an additional cleaning charge will apply.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit is refundable, less 10% of the total tariff per cottage booked [cancellation fee], if the cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to arrival date. If less than 14 days to arrival date, the deposit is refunded, less the cancellation fee, only if another guest rebooks the dates of your booking and to the equivalent value.
