The bathroom has a large corner spa, shower, hairdryer and a full-size vanity. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you'll need - microwave, electric cook-top, bench-top convection oven, under-bench fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frying-pan, sandwich maker and all crockery and cutlery. The cottage is equipped with a ^wood fire heater, reverse cycle air conditioning, dining and sitting room furniture, large TV, entertainment system including PlayStation, outdoor balcony setting and some board games.

A larger cottage with two separate queen size bedrooms sleeping a total of 4 guests. Room is also available upon request for an additional 2 persons. A designer kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need including large fridge, gas / electric oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. The bathroom has a large claw foot bath, which looks over the valley below, separate shower, and a full-size vanity with ample storage space. The cottage has a ^Gas Log Fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning, large TV's in each room, entertainment system including Xbox 360 game station, some board games and an outdoor balcony setting.

Our largest cottage suitable for up to 4 adults & 2 children with two separate queen size bedrooms and two bunk beds in the larger bedroom. A designer kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need including large fridge, gas / electric oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. There are two bathrooms; one has a large claw foot bath, which looks over the valley below, separate shower, and full-size vanity with ample storage space. The second bathroom is purpose built for disabled or elderly persons. The cottage has a ^Gas Log Fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning, large TV's in each room, entertainment system including Xbox 360 game station, some board games and an outdoor balcony setting.

Unless by prior arrangement Check-in: 3pm to 8pm Please advise us if after 8pm. / Check-out: no later than 11am - Thankyou!!
At check-in, we require a $200 security bond on a valid credit card to cover any damages or incidentals. The balance amount is released within a few working days. A receipt for the bond is provided to you at check-in. If you are in doubt as to how a pre-authorization works, please contact your bank.
VISITORS MUST REPORT TO RECEPTION UPON ARRIVAL.
VISITORS CANNOT DRIVE ONTO THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PERMISSION.
VISITORS MAY NOT UTILISE ANY GUEST FACILITIES (Including facilities in the cottages) WITHOUT PERMISSION.
Children can be accommodated in all cottages except the Orchard Cottage. Children under 1 year of age are free but please bring your own cot / bassinet.
Pets are not allowed at Loves Lane Cottages

Payment Policy
We require 50% deposit upon booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to your stay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL INCUR A 1.5% SURCHARGE FOR USE OF CREDIT CARD.

Sorry but we can no longer accept cheques or American Express.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations notified prior to 14 days from booking date receive a full refund less a 10% admin charge.
- Cancellations notified 14 days or less from the date of the booking will forfeit the full amount. - Where booking is cancelled more than 14 days from the date of your booking, you will receive a full refund .
- We allow modification to the booking dates provided the new booking is within a 2 month period from the original dates.
- Modified dates may also be subject to different rates and conditions of stay. Please check with us first.
Infants to 12 months old. We have 1 cot only so please check before hand or BYO.
Loves Lane Cottages reserves the right to cancel reservations with declined credit cards.
