Hosts - Alison and Wendy Hunter
Maddies is a delightful home, built in the late 1800's, which is set among lovely cottage and water gardens. It is the longest operating Bed & Breakfast in the Maitland area. Just 2 hours north of Sydney, it is centrally located to experience all the Hunter Valley has to offer. Bolwarra is situated in scenic farmland between historic Maitland and Morpeth.
Close to Wineries, local wedding venues, Barrington Tops National Park, Port Stephens and Newcastle, this unique setting provides an ideal location for a relaxed getaway, private function or intimate wedding.
Maddies provides accommodation for up to seven adults and offers the convenience of private facilities. All three bedrooms have their own bathrooms - two with a deep claw-footed bath. The inclusion of mosquito nets, period furniture and fine linen all add to that old world feel. Self - contained accommodation for up to six guests is also available at a nearby property.

Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with balance payable on arrival.
NOTE:
Where possible we are flexible with check-in times. So please arrange a suitable time directly with Maddies prior to check-in date
Check-out time is 10.30am on the day of departure date unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please notify us of your ETA and of any changes to arrival times as reception is arranged according to your specified check-in time.
Payment Policy
50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.The balance is payable on arrival.
Payment can be made by direct deposit MascterCard Visa Amex.NB a 1.75% surcharge applies to all amex purchases
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation your deposit may be refunded if your booking is cancelled more than 90 days before your arrival date, less a $100.00 administration fee.
If between 90-21 days notice is given your deposit will be retained, we do however offer a change of date in this instance. Please note this is a monetary value and pricing forward bookings may change due to seasonality and price increases.
For cancellation less than 21 days prior to check in date-special event dates,concerts, wedding bookings,public holidays and third party online travel agency bookings no refund is available on cancellation.
