Makayla Palms has a two bedroom villa and two couples villas (studios) and they have everything you need for your tropical holiday. These fully screened villas feature full kitchens, spacious lounges with flat screen TV, iPod dock, DVD player and Wifi modem. A cupboard contains all linen changes and beach towels, books games and DVDs. Guests enjoy the BBQ on their deck and the open air shower.
Within walking distance is a villlage shop, a fruit stall, a church, Tuk tuk tours, cafes and restaurants. Three kms away in Muri are many more cafes and restaurants.
A scooter can be pre booked and parking is available on the property. ( subject to availability)
Buses run regularly and may be hailed at the gate.
Exclusive airport transfers are available for booking.

Two bedrooms with 1 queen and 1 king bed. King can be split for two singles. Between them a bathroom complete with bath/shower/vanity and a hallway to the back door. A rollaway bed accommodates a 5th person in the lounge under the window so can be a day bed as well.
The kitchen has all modern features with large fridge/freezer, microwave, full oven and stove. The kitchen is equipped as though you were at home. A separate dining area with 6 seater dining table and a comfortable lounge for relaxing, reading watching DVD's or TV. A cupboard has all linen changes and beach towels.

A service administration fee will be charged at 3.75% on Visa and MasterCard.
Extended stays over 15 days may request a special rate on application.
Minimum stay is 3 nights unless there is a lesser gap available.
Children 11 and over are most welcome.
Children under 11 are welcome if all three villas are booked as a group.
Check in is 2pm and check out 10am.
An early check in/late check out may be available on request and if available at a surcharge.
Air-con is available at a surcharge.
Wifi available with Telecom card purchase.
Payment Policy
Deposits may be made by credit card or directly into a NZ account.
If payment is to be paid directly into a NZ account please state this in the comment box provided at the time of booking. Makayla Palms will then contact you in regards to processing this payment before taking the deposit.
Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit is lodged.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation and non arrival policy applies to all bookings. Cancellations must be in writing.
No shows, or should you reduce the term of your stay following your arrival the full amount will still need to be paid.
Non-refundable policy:
Guests will be charged the total price if they cancel at any time.
14 day partially refundable policy:
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation. Guests will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
14 day flexible policy:
Guests can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
