Mana Earthly Paradise

Terms & Conditions

a. DAMAGES
Any damages caused in the property (furniture, plants, etc.) will be charged to the individual account in an amount equivalent to the cost of their repair or replacement.
Mana Earthly Paradise does not allow the display of posters, signs or stickers on the property walls, floors, ceilings or pillars nor flip charts nor any handwritten posters in the lobby unless specifically authorised. Smoking inside the Villas are forbidden.

b. IDENTITY CARD
In compliance with security and safety procedure, Mana Earthly Paradise requires to have identity card copy upon check in for all guests occupying the room or mentioned in the Booking Form. Room keys may not be issued unless identity card is provided.

c. FORCE MAJEURE
The performance of this Agreement by Mana Earthly Paradise is subject to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or other similar cause or threat thereof beyond the abilities of Mana Earthly Paradise, making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to perform the terms of this Agreement, hold the meeting, or provide the facility. This Agreement may be terminated or revised for any of the above reasons without liability by written notice from Mana Earthly Paradise.

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
Guest(s) shall release and discharge Mana Earthly Paradise, including its owners, management, employees and all parties acting for and on behalf of Mana Earthly Paradise from all actions, causes of action legal proceedings, judgments, demands, claims, damages, loses, liabilities and all of the like whatsoever and howsoever arising directly, indirectly and/or consequentially out of the Event/Stay. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, but consequent and/or in conjunction thereto, Guest(s) shall also indemnify and save free and harmless Mana Earthly Paradise against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities and all of the like whatsoever and howsoever arising directly, indirectly and/or consequentially out of the Event.
The release and indemnity herein shall apply and continue unaffected regardless of whether the same shall arise out of the Villa’s default and/or negligence and/or otherwise.

Payment Policy

DEPOSIT
Please note that this is a non-binding offer.
Your reservation will only be confirmed upon receiving the deposit payment.

a. A deposit of 50% of the total amount payable (“Deposit”) must be received by Mana Earthly Paradise within two (2) working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to you. If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be canceled and it is within the discretion of Mana Earthly Paradise to cancel the booking.

b. Payments can only be made by bank transfer or credit card. Payment made by credit card will be converted to Indonesian Rupiah at the rate applicable at the date of payment. Some conditions apply and full details will be given at the time of booking.

c. Payment by Traveler’s Cheques, personal cheques, and American Express, will not be accepted.

d. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival by bank transfer or credit card. If the balance payment is not received by the due date, Mana Earthly Paradise reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

e. In the case of bookings made 30 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required by Paypal (there is 4.5% service surcharge) or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

f. For credit card payments, an extra 3% bank fee will be applied and added to the total amount.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
a. Cancellation of one or more days of a booking; If the stay is shortened prior to arrival, 50% of the price of the Villa will be charged per night shortened. If you shorten your stay with us during your visit, 100% of the price of the Villa will be charged per night shortened. In case of a no-show or cancellation the Guest(s) will not be refunded for transport bookings that have already been settled.

b. An amendment to a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;

c. Refusal to sign the waiver of liability and credit card authorization form, and/or failure of all guests to provide Passport/ID pursuant to DEPOSIT clause above; and

d. Attempt to hold an event at Mana Earthly Paradise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

2. 20% of the total stay cost will be forfeited if the cancellation is made 31 days or more before the start of the booking period.

3. 50% of the total stay cost will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 8 and 30 days before the start of the booking period.

4. 100% of the money paid will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 7 days before the start of the booking period.

5. Notice of cancellation must be received by Mana Earthly Paradise in writing via email, to our reservation team at reserve@manaubud.com.
