Terms & Conditions

Please note:
1. Reception opens between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Everyday. Please contact reception for after hour check in.
2. The Manly Lodge is completely non-smoking. Fees may apply up to AU$ 600.
3. Balance payment is due on arrival (if applicable). Outstanding balance will be charged to the credit card provided on check out time.
4. Please make sure you keep your room keys with you during your stay as there will be after hour door opening service fee if you lock yourself out.
5. Pre-payment applicable to secure any reservation. Deposit 50% of the total accommodation or Full amount for a 1-night stay.
Last-minute cancellation or same day booking and cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation made more than 14 calendar days before arrival, $0 cancellation charge.
Cancellation made less than 14 calendar days before arrival, 50% of the total as cancellation fee.
Full payment and Non-refundable on Christmas and New Year period bookings.
6. A valid credit card and matching photo ID is required at check in regardless of payment method.
7.Payment methods accepted are Visa, Master card, and cash. No Eftpos cards, company or personal cheques accepted.
8. Normal check-in time is 3pm during everyday (Room Keys are available for pick up from 11am). Check-out time is 10am. Fees of $25/hour applied late check-outs.
9. Guests are required to finalise balance payment before making extension of stay in the hotel.
10. Quotations are valid for a limited time only.
11. Breakfast is not included.

Payment Policy

To secure a booking, a 50% Deposit of the Total Accommodation upon Reservation. Full payment is required for 1 night stay.
