Terms & Conditions
We are open all year round - 365 days a year. Check in is from 3pm - check out at 11am.
There is a 2 night minimum stay for each property. There is a minimum 3 night stay over Christmas/New Year.
Guests are liable for any damages, breakages or loss. The cabins are cleaned from top to bottom after every booking - if guests leave washing up or create excessive mess, we will charge a 'cleaning fee' of $40.
Dogs are welcome.
Payment Policy
We require credit card details to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy
We are a very small business and so must adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date will result in 1 night's booking charge.
Cancellation within 48 hours will be charged at the full cost of the booking.
For bookings over the school holidays we require 30 days notice or 100% of the booking will be charged
