Studio Guest Suites - Margaret River
Studio Guest Suites is located in the heart of Margaret River town centre, only a 300-meter leisurely walk to cafes, restaurants & wine bars.
Every guest room provides a kitchenette for preparing tea and a complimentary wood-fired bread for toasting, along with our delicious homemade muesli. The kitchenettes are equipped with Nespresso coffee machines, coffee pods, local teas and coffee and a mini-fridge with milk, juice, filtered water and butter restocked daily by housekeeping. All guest rooms have a private luxury bathroom with heated towel rails. Extras include fluffy bathrobes, a hairdryer & complimentary toiletries.
The guest suites provide free WiFi, Foxtel TV & Movies, Apple IPad computer for guest use, bedside phone charging points, reverse cycle heating & cooling & free onsite parking. Terms & Conditions
All guests will be required to show proof of being fully Covid-19 vaccinated from February 2022.
Guest Arrivals and Check-in strictly 2pm - 9pm.
Late arrivals after 10 pm will not be accepted.
Guest Check-out is 10.30 am.
The guesthouse property is STRICTLY Non-Smoking throughout.
Guesthouse rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
The guesthouse does not allow pets.
Accidental or deliberate property damage or loss to guesthouse property caused by the guest will be at the cost and liability of the registered guest concerned.
The guesthouse property is for the convenience of registered guesthouse patrons only.
Unregistered guests are not permitted access to the guesthouse without prior arrangement with management.
Guests are expected to maintain the peace & quiet of the guesthouse at all times.
Any guest causing undue disruption to other guests will be required to leave the property and their booking will be terminated without refund.
Payment Policy
We maintain a strict payment policy for all bookings. Please book with care.
All bookings require payment in full prior to the guests scheduled arrival in addition to any booking agency conditions of reservation.
We provide Mastercard & Visa card payment options only.
Cancellation Policy
Studio Guest Suites maintain a strict cancellation policy.
Bookings modified or cancelled inside of 7 days of the guests scheduled arrival are 100% 'NON REFUNDABLE'.
All refunds due to guests who cancel their bookings, will incur a minimum $28 administration fee, regardless of any free cancelation period.
Regarding Covid related travel bans and shut downs to the South West region:
Bookings modified or cancelled within the 7 day NON Refundable period due to a Covid related shut down or Covid travel ban to WA or the SouthWest, will be provided a 6 month period for rescheduling the stay. These bookings will remain Non-Refundable.
