Terms & Conditions
Margaret River Bungalows offers quality accommodation in a quiet residential area and it's most important that guests do nothing to detract from the peaceful environment. Partying and boisterous behaviour will not be tolerated and the owners reserve the right to evict guests who do not observe these terms and conditions.
Payment Policy
LOW & MID SEASONS: A non-refundable deposit equal to 1 night for bookings up to 7 nights (and a further 1 night for each subsequent 7 nights) will be taken at time of booking; and with the balance charged to approved credit cards 14 days prior to arrival.
PEAK: A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total cost will be taken at time of booking; and with the balance charged to approved credit cards 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, a refund will only be considered if and when the accommodation can be re-let for the full period.
